it was episode 15 “Theory of Everything”. not episode 16. please post the correct information for those who are looking for it.

That's strange. Netflix dubbed it as episode 16. I double-checked it twice. If you even zoom in on the image itself, the caption says Season 8 Episode 16. So the mistake is not mine, it's Netflix's.
