No way would that happen in Colorado or here in Georgia. Texas is it's own little (big?) world over there. Oil is more important than water. I remember that happening in Colorado just right down our street from where I lived. It wasn't 10 minutes after the water came a gushing that a crew was there fixing it.</p> That's insane.
