Wednesday, I found a couple of photo fun links (well 5 actually, but 2 that appealed to me) via Lifehacker ( I <3 Lifehacker ). Photojojo. (Can’t believe I made a mistake like that – where is my brain? I still <3 Lifehacker tho 
)
The first is mission24, the other is photogamer.
(Aside: not sure how posting HTML from flickr will work, so may have to edit this later on)
Both of those intrigued me because it would mean I would get to exercise my brain matter and come up with some creative expressions with just a word to start me off. It sounded like fun.
And I have to say that this is my first response to the photogamer challenge, and it WAS fun. Found a bobbin on Gram’s sewing machine and an old jewelry box in Mom’s drawer, set it on the desk here beside me, turned on the lamp and PRESTO! I have me a photo.
At first I tried putting the bobbin on the left side of the box, then I realized that the shadow of the bobbin on the box would actually make the shot that much more interesting. Then finally, when the color shots looked a little shabby, I realized that the black & white version would actually give it an air that would just make it … awesome!
Result? Satisfactory.
Let’s see what the group says now.
