So, I made a decision today to stay out of WoW and do something to make me feel less useless and insignificant. I worked on my wiki. I had wanted a WYSIWYG editor, but upon installing FCKEditor extension TO Mediawiki, I got some errors that I just could NOT figure out. I even did updates to new versions of both – no luck. Finally, I told myself that if it didn’t work with a clean install, then I was going to give up on rich editing and go back to painful manual wikitext. Well, FCKEditor worked with a clean install Mediawiki. And so what did I do? Moved my old wiki, and installed a fresh new version of Mediawiki and FCKEditor in the old place.
Off to a good start, I ported EVERYTHING from the old wiki (which is no longer active) to the new one making some pretty subtle but fundamental changes to it at the same time.
I literally spent all day on it … updating and tweaking and adding little shit here and there. Finally, tired in both mind and body, I went to sleep … hubby and I decided we were going to celebrate our 3rd month tonite since we missed it last Sunday. Yea – we BOTH forgot all about it – LOL. So we went to Applebees (we both love the place) and then went shopping. I got a couple of sweaters-blouses, one of those hip-length sweaters I’ve always liked, makings for a wreath, a christmas tree and an angel for the top of the tree.

Hubby and the kittehs under the christmas tree – it’s top-heavy, yea, we know. But can you imagine all those decorations in the hands …. ummm… paws of those 2 kittehs?

When we were all done, the place was a mess, the kittehs were completely mad with glee having never seen this much activity (and potential toys) in one place at one time (god help me if they both tear the damn tree down by morning .. no god help THEM) and we were tired … it’s 1:30 in the morning, but we’re in good spirits.
Yea – after a neurotic night, today was a GOOD day.
